All the important days and occasions (like World Environment Day, Science Day, Independence Day, NSS Day etc) valuable for preparing responsible members of the future society are duly observed by the teachers and non-teaching staff of the college.

Md Tajdar Alam Ansari, Recipient of Prize from Government of West Bengal, IT Department
Md Tajdar Alam Ansari Department of Computer Science stood 1st in the Secure Bengal CTF (Cyber Security) competition. He won a prize money of Rs 50,000 and got an offer of internship from Prime Inforserv. Md Tajdar and another student of Computer Science Hons. Priyodarshinee Moitra (Top 15 finalist) felicitated at Book Fair, Salt Lake on 9th March 2022 by Government of West Bengal IT Department.
