Seminar Library: Department of Philosophy has a seminar library which contains various types of textbooks, reference books and valuable journals published by Jadavpur University, Adwaita Ashrama, Calcutta University, Rabindra Bharati University and Bangiya Darshan Parishad.

Freshers’ Welcome & Farewell: Second year Honours students organise Freshers’ Welcome for the new entrants and Farewell for 3rd year students every year.
Educational Tours: Educational tours are arranged periodically.
Special Lectures: Eminent academicians are invited by the department to deliver special lectures.
