Students of 1st year B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. (Hons.& General) who have not yet verified the document for admission, are hereby requested to do the same on 11-07-2018 at 11:00 a.m. in College auditorium Alapan. They are also informed that Registration verification and submission will also be held on 11-07-2018 in Room No. 322.
Following documents are needed at the time of admission form verification:
i) Printed online Admission Form
ii) Bank payment receipt
iii) Age proof certificate (original & photocopy)
iv) 10+2 level Marksheet (original & photocopy)
v) One stamp size colour photo
vi) Caste Certificate, if any (original & photocopy)
vii) Person with Disability Certificate, if any (original & photocopy)
Following documents are to be attached with the Registration form at the time of submission:
i) Photocopy of Madhyamik Admit Card.
ii) Photocopy of Higher Secondary Marksheet.
iii) Photocopy of Cast Certificate, if any
iv) Photocopy of Physically Challenged Certificate if any
