Quotation for Interior Panting, Renovation of Washroom of staff and Establishment of Toilets for Persons with Disability.
Sealed quotations are invited from the reputed vendors for interior painting (Distemper) of Different Blocks and repair, establishment of toilets for person with disabilities (PWD) and Renovation of washroom of the teachers and elevation of Floor level in ground floor.
Bidders are requested to check the feasibility and specific requirements as mentioned below:
- Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc of main building (3 storied) i.e; corridor, classrooms, corner toilets, ground side entrance, gallery room, laboratory (few) library etc.
- Resetting of matt finished tiles and equipped with modern up-to-date toilet fittings both for staffroom and for office.
- Construction of washrooms for differently or physically disabled persons.
- Terms & Conditions:
Sealed quotation should reach Principal’s office on or before 24.09.2015 by 3.00 pm.
- The rates quoted should be as per our specification including of all taxes.
- The date of Spot verification of the above mentioned items is 15.09.2015.
- The work should end up with utmost urgency during puja vacation.
- The authority reserves the right to cancel any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons thereof.
- The quotation shall be valid for three months from the date of opening.
- The payment procedure follows 25% in advance, 30-50% during progression and rest after successful completion of work.
- Bidders can physically verify the actual workload during college hours and final day of completion of work.
