Concession: Semester III and V students
Notice no: 2245 Date: 23-11-2021
The students (Hons/General) of Semester III and V willing to avail concession are directed to submit filled up application form to the office by 27th November, 2021. Provisional list of candidates will be notified by 2nd December, 2021.
Criteria for availing concession:
a. Percentage of attendance (Minimum 60%).
b. Family income (documents to be submitted).
c. Consistent good result (University Exam).
d. Undertaking stating no scholarship/stipend being availed.
Date of issuing application forms: 24.11.2021 to 26.11.2021 from 12 noon to 3 pm.
Date of receiving applications:
25.11.2021 to 27.11.2021 from 12 noon to 3 p.m.
Date of Hearing are as follows:
1. For Honours student :
29/11/2021 (From 2 – 3 pm at Room no 212- Semester-III) & (From 3 – 4 pm at Room no 212- Semester-V)
2. . For General student :
30/11/2021 (From 2 – 3 pm at Room no 212- Semester-III) & (From 3 – 4 pm at Room no 212- Semester-V)
Following Documents are to be enclosed in the application form
- a. Photocopy of Mark sheet SEM II/IV of WBSU examination
- b. Original monthly income certificate of the guardian
- c. Photocopy of last money receipt
Students may download the application form from our College website and this form to be submitted to Sri Sanjay Kharwar at the College office within 27th November, 2021.
