Students (Regular and Casual) who have not yet filled-up online examination form of Part-II (Hons./Major/General) Examination, 2019 are directed to fill-up the same within 28-02-2019 positively.
Filled-up online examination forms are to be submitted to the College Office within 28-02-2019 between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. positively.
Following documents are to be submitted along with examination form:
Photocopies of marksheet of Part-I & Part-II Examinations
Two copies of colour printout of examination form
Pay slip of dues clear upto June, 2019
Library clearance certificate
