For RUSA 2.0 Vendors
As per the notifications and guidelines of RUSA & WBHED all mode of payments are through PFMS portal (https://pfms.nic.in) to the vendors of Departmental and Central research Unit Procurements.
All vendors are required to submit the vendor Mandate form (hard copy available in cash/account section) or may download from the website (www.bhairabgangulycollege.ac.in) immediately after taking the workorder and comply with the same.
