Dr. Partha Chatterjee Hon’ble Minister-in-Charge, Department of School and Higher Education, Science and Technology & Bio-Technology and Parliamentary Affairs, Govt. of West Bengal, has kindly consented to inaugurate the ceremony as the Chief Guest. Prof. Basab Chaudhuri , Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, W.B.S.U, Prof. Shuva Shankar Sarkar, Vice-Chancellor, NSOU, Prof. Sabyasachi Basu Ray Choudhury, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, R.B.U and Dr. Minakshi Ray, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (BA & F), University of Calcutta,will grace the occasion as distinguished guests.
