Part-III Form Fill-Up of Regular & Casual Candidates (both)
Students, who have not yet submitted online exam form of Part-III Examination, 2018, are requested to submit the same according to the following schedule:

Regular students have to be enclosed following documents at the time of submission of exam form:
- Three copies of duly filled-up online examination form
- Three photocopies of marksheet of Part-I & Part-II Examination
- Three photos of candidate
- Pay slip of dues clear upto June, 2018
- Library clearance.
Casual students have to be enclosed following documents at the time of submission of exam form:
- Three copies of duly filled-up online examination form
- Three photocopies of marksheet of Part-I, Part-II & Part-III Examination
- Three photos of candidate
