Venue: College Alapan (College auditorium)
Students have to bring following documents at the of form fill-up:
- Photocopy of Madhyamik Admit Card.
- Photocopy of Higher Secondary Marksheet
- Photocopy of Cast Certificate ( SC/ST/OBC/OBC-A/OBC-B)
- Photocopy of Physically Challenged Certificate
- Photocopy of Income certificate
- Photocopy of Passport, Bonafide Certificate, Visa Permission, High-Commission Letter (for Foreign Students)
- Information of Blood group
- Photo and signature to be carried in pendrive under 40 KB each)
