Sealed quotations are invited from the reputed Computer Enterprises, system operators for different workload related to Maintenance of Computers, Laptops, Printers listed below for the academic year 2016-2017.
Specification as below:
- Desktop Computers (250 Nos)
- Laptop (15 Nos)
- LCD Projectors (15 Nos)
- Printers (50 Nos)
- Cartridge Refilling
- Photocopy Machine (2 Nos)
- LAN Connection (Maintenance and Connectivity with Alliance Broadband)
- Auditorium and E-Class Room operation during Seminars, Conferences, Cultural Programmes.
- A Whole-time manpower to all working days of College
- CCTV related work.
- Terms & Conditions:
Sealed quotation should reach on or before 14.08.2016 by 3.00 pm.
- The rates quoted should be as per our specification including VAT and of all taxes.
- The quotations will be in three different heads: System Maintenance, Internet and other accessories (LAN connectivity and all) and CCTV DVR maintenance.
- The authority reserves the right to cancel any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons thereof.
- The quotation shall be valid for three months from the date of opening.
- The terms & conditions and taxes etc. should be clearly mentioned in the quotation.
- Over writing and corrections, if any should be attested.
- Typographical & clerical error is subject to correction.
