Sealed quotations are invited from the reputed vendors, printing agencies for prospectus of 4 PG Departments (approx 30-35 pages including the title page and inner papers atleast 130 gsm art papers.
Title Cover page: 300 gsm with matt lamination [Please specify machine].
Quantity: 100/per Department.
- Terms & Conditions:
Sealed quotation should reach on or before 05.08.2015 by 3.00 pm provided during spot verification on 29.07.15 at 2 p.m.
- The rates quoted should be as per our specification including VAT and of all taxes.
- The authority reserves the right to cancel any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons thereof.
- The quotation shall be valid for three months from the date of opening.
- The terms & conditions and taxes etc. should be clearly mentioned in the quotation.
- Over writing and corrections, if any should be attested.
- Typographical & clerical error is subject to correction.
