The students of different P. G. Departments are hereby directed to fill up their examination form for Semester – IV & Semester – II , 2017 on stipulated date and time :-

N.B. Each students must carry the following documents for filling up of form:-
- Registration Card of W.B.S.U. : original and Photo copy.
- One copy of pass-port size (Color) photo-graph.
- Caste Certificate: original and Photo copy.
- Last Money Receipt at the time of admission.
- Examination Fees Rs. 500 per Semester for Regular Candidates.
- Examination Fees Rs 250 per paper for Supplementary Candidates.
