Admit card of Part-III (Hons.) Exam, 2016 will be distributed according to following schedule at College Office. Students are requested to collect the same by producing form fill-up money receipt immediately.

Minimum qualifying marks is 35% for each paper: theoretical and practical separately. Candidates securing marks from 30% to below 40% will be treated as GENERAL.

 

Minimum qualifying marks is 30% for each paper.
For getting Honours, total marks in eight papers in Part I, II and III is 320 out of 800.

ENVS must be cleared

For passing in General/ Major Course, minimum total pass marks is 360 out of 1200.

ENVS must be cleared

First class Honours – marks to be obtained is 480 out of a total of 800 in Part I, II and III

Candidates getting above 320 but below 480 will be declared as Passed Honours in Second Class

For First Division: 720/ 1200; that is 60%

For Second Division: 540 to 719; that is, from 45% and below 60%

For Pass Division: 360 to 539; that is, from 30% and below 45%

One mark to make up deficiency if

1.      He/she fails to obtain pass/ qualifying marks in one subject (theoretical and practical portion taken together)

2.      Misses First Class/ Second Class/ Division for deficiency of one mark only

3.      Misses 50% marks or 55% marks in the aggregate at the end of Part III

One mark to make up deficiency if

1.      He/she fails to obtain pass/ qualifying marks in one subject (theoretical and practical portion taken together)

2.      Misses First Division/ Second Division/ Pass Division for deficiency of one mark only

3.      Misses 50% marks or 55% marks in the aggregate at the end of Part

Re-examination of scripts:

1. After publication of results, rules and forms will be given on website.

2. Review and self-inspection of scripts will be arranged. Only through self-inspection, marks can in no way be changed.

3. If the Principal of a college writes for candidates, special review will be arranged.

4. Paper to be sent to candidate under RTI rules when all review/ special review  process and self-inspection are completed. Central and State Information Commission guidelines will be followed for RTI cases.

RTI is not a mechanism to change marks.
