3rd year students who have not yet filled-up examination form for Part-III Examination, 2017 are directed to fill-up the same in the scheduled stated below:

| All Hons. & Major Casual students | 2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. | |
| All General Regular & casual students | 11-02-2017 | 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. |
3rd year students, who have qualified in Part-III Supplementary Test Examination, 2017, may fill-up examination form for Part-III Examination, 2017 according to following schedule:

| All General students | 14-02-2017 | 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. |
Students, who will not be able to fill-up examination form in the schedule mentioned above, may fill-up the same by paying late fine Rs. 2000/- within 20-02-2017 as per notification of WBSU.

Documents are to be submitted at the time of form fill-up:
- Photocopy of marksheets of all Parts (two copies)
- Photocopy of dues clear upto June, 2017
- Library clearance
- Two Passport size coloured photos
