This is an IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding confirmation of attendance on Convocation Day; 3rd September 2016.
- Presence of the students who will meet the Convocation Committee with consent form and money receipt on 27th August, 2016 will be confirmed with seat Number for attendance on 3rd Sept, 2016.
- Students who fail to attend the meeting on 27th Aug, 2016 but are willing to be present on Convocation day are requested to send the confirmation through college email: bhairab1968@gmail.com by 31st Aug or send sms to Mob No. 9831473465. Seat numbers will be allotted to these candidates through email or message.
- Candidates who do not intend to attend the convocation meeting on 27th Aug or Convocation Programme on 3rd Sept will be allowed to collect Certificate on any weekday between 2p.m. – 3p.m. after 3rd 2016.
